The Denali Grizzly Bear Resort offers a variety of Campsites, RV Sites and Tent Cabins for a "true Alaskan experience."
Campgrounds: All of the Denali Grizzly Bear campsites are clean, well maintained and only a few steps away from the centrally located restrooms, which provide token-operated hot showers, flush toilets, and sinks. We have also recently installed a new laundromat facility for your convenience. Clean outhouses are also provided for a "true Alaskan experience." Central Cooking shelters with campfire circles are open to all campers as campfires are allowed in designated areas only. WiFi ($) coverage available over large area of property.
RV Sites: If you are reserving an RV site, we will need to know the overall length of your vehicle, number of people, if you desire an electric/water hookup or a dry site (sorry, no pull-throughs or sewer hookups). We have a sewer dump station for your use and potable water fill up locations available on the premise. TV available for most RV sites.
Tent Sites & Tent Cabins: Secluded tent sites on the river are "walk-in" sites (vehicle parking nearby). Denali Grizzly Bear also has Tent Cabins available. These structures have no electricity and are not heated but protect you from the elements like no tent can. Their spacious interior will store all your camping supplies and their old-style feel is every bit a part of the "true Alaskan experience." The tent cabins sleep 2 or 3 and include beds, but you must provide your own sleeping bag.
"We had decided to go to Denali National Park for the weekend so we just got in the car and went. But after arriving at the park we discovered that they were all booked and without a reservation we were not able to stay in any of their campgrounds. So needless to say we were pleasantly surprised when we came upon Denali Grizzly Bear Resort. It turned out to be a very clean family friendly experience with very nice tent sites at an affordable price. We plan on going back again!"

The park's wolf population, on the north side of the Alaska Range, fluctuates between 80 to 100 adults. Wolves move around, looking for snowshoe hares, ground squirrels, moose, Dall Sheep and caribou. You can see them in open places and along gravel bars. They have been seen between the park entrance and the Savage River – and on the road to Wonder Lake. They've also been viewed between the Teklanika River and the East Fork River, and between Toklat and Thorofare Pass.
